Desktop/Pocket 5 Axis NC Intro
Brief introduction
Fit for personal inventor, digital education and low cost production. The desktop/pocket 5 axis CNC mill machine can be used everywhere on the table with low cost quick design to production.
Desktop/pocket NC is a table 5 axis digital machine tool. Controlled by Windows system, use CAD or CAM to mill. Desktop/pocket NC supports G code control as well. As pocket size, five axis motor main axis have speed 0-24000rpm, enough for professional designer basic application.
Desktop/pocket NC support to mill material as common plastics, Al alloy, Wood, Copper, Gold, Silver, Wax, different materials can use different tool bit, without use wrench to change, easy operation.
Product character
V3 is upgrade version of V2, increase efficiency and accuracy. Bearing frame use Steel No.45, better strong and seismic. Rotating bearing use high load/high accuracy cross ball bearing. More machinery position holes, easy to adjust assembling. Y axis use bigger silk pole guide. Main axis use 800W high speed water cooling type instead of 400W, low noise and low heating with more power and high speed. For example, Al milling, V2 recommend 3mm milling cutter 0.2F1000, V3 use 6mm milling cutter 0.2-0.3F1500. Stoke is from V2 120mm*90mm to V3 150mm*125mm, Rotation axis use water proof rotating oil seal, using cutting fluid to machining, fitting for metal and jade.
